We process our orders fast! All orders with in-stock and available inventory will ship within two business days. Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, please wait up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Please note your items will be held in store for you to pick up. If items are not picked up within 10 days of being notified by The Closet Experience staff that your order is ready for customer pickup, customer refuses the right to exchange, or get store credit for their items and the sale becomes final. If the item has not been picked up after 30 days, customer refuses the right to claim their items and no refund or store credit will be provided. Please bring a government issued ID to the store as it is required to release the package. By selecting in store pick up, the customer agrees to not issue any chargebacks or disputes against The Closet Experience Boutique.
