RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY:

In the event you are not 100% satisfied with your  purchase due to sizing issues, we will gladly exchange your item within 5 days of purchase, exchange your garment for a larger or smaller size of the same item. In the event that your size is no longer available, we will issue you a store credit/gift certificate.

RETURNS/DAMAGES:

Your business is important to us. The Closet Experience will gladly accept returns and offer exchanges within 5 days of purchase. We will not be responsible for lost or stolen merchandise. Damaged Items are only eligible for an exchange /in store-credit. Damages must be reported via email within 5 days of the purchase date and prior to wearing the item. Items are thoroughly examined before orders are shipped. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees/ shipping and handling cost are non-refundable.
